My Story
Hi, I’m Mia Hien Pope – and I believe true strength is calm, consistent, and built to last.
I’ve always been drawn to wellness. In my 30s, I practiced yoga and fasting regularly. It gave me moments of peace and control—but as I entered my 40s, life became more complex.
I was a mom, a wife, and a woman with goals—and I wanted to thrive, not just survive.
I realized that mindfulness and yoga alone weren’t enough to support the energy, strength, and emotional stability I needed to keep up with life’s demands—especially while raising a child and managing a full, fast-paced schedule.
That’s when I dove deep into strength training, cardio, nutrition, and the science of longevity. I became an ACSM-Certified Personal Trainer, built a foundation in behavior change and metabolism, and created a coaching method that works with real life—not against it.
